4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms:

Withdrawal Terms:

7Player Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of table games or sports betting.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour directed at support staff or other players.

SpinCity99 fully cooperates with relevant authorities in any investigation related to illegal activity involving our platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

SpinCity99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any player account if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Player voluntarily requests account closure for responsible gaming reasons.

In confirmed suspension cases due to fraud, all fund balances including unwithdrawn winnings may be forfeited. For standard closures or player-requested closures, valid fund balances will be returned after all checks are completed.

9Liability Limit

SpinCity99 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of any technical disruptions.

• SpinCity99 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions on the player's end.
